Shipping Policy

At Commercial Stove Parts, we know that broken equipment means lost revenue. That’s why we work to get your replacement parts processed and on their way to your commercial kitchen as quickly as possible.

Same-Day Shipping Orders received before 1:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday) ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST, or over the weekend and on major holidays, will ship on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship our products using USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery options nationwide.

Physical Street Addresses Required (No P.O. Boxes) Please provide a physical street address at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, as P.O. Box addresses restrict our ability to use UPS and FedEx carrier options, which can delay your shipment.

Tracking & Delivery Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination, but we strive to get your equipment back up and running with minimal downtime.
